Thank you, dear Jen, for sharing this. Such great timing. I'm having such a revisit at the moment, and where I felt lonely and stupid 30 minutes ago, I now feel connected and hopeful again. Grace is a beautiful way. Thank you !!!
I’ve been there many times Jennifer, but I am learning to know that we loop back, because we still have something to learn. It’s for us to know ourselves at the deepest level, so that eventually it dissolves completely. Be kind to yourself, all is well. 💫🙏
Oh what a beautiful letter to read this morning! Thank you, thank you, thank you!... And “mysterious loopy ways” has just become my favorite phrase 😁❤️
What a great piece Jennifer, thank you! I laughed about the kids regression when they come home, so true.
It's an interesting thing to think we only need to get a lesson once for it to stick as this seems to rarely be the case. Perhaps it's (hopefully) wisdom that comes with age to think 'oh ya, this again - my old friend is back', rather than pushing it away. Also, I love the picture of you!
I love this article, Jen. When I was unwell a few years ago, your weekly Oasis showed up as Grace for me as I navigated a new way to live that included deep listening, writing and self care. In fact, my whole recovery turned into a journey of slowing down to the speed of Grace! Thank you for the part you played in all of that! 🌹
Feeling this about my codependency tendencies. Which some part got convinced I could “solve” and never see again! 😂 Thank you for shining a light on this. 🙏💕
Needed this timely reminder and support that old habits or wounds heal in a spiral pattern of short ups and downs with an overall pattern of a spiral, unlike what our culture teaches or promotes...also I needed to be reminded, again and again that I am not alone nor strange nor failed in this experience! Thank you so much!

Oh that’s so lovely to know Susan-
And I’m so glad you’re feeling better. Please suggest any topics you’d like me to write about in the future. ❤️
These words walked right into my heart. Holding them right there. Thank you for this. 🍁💛🍂
It was the word grace wasn’t it? 🫶🏽
